General Terms & Conditions :
- Rates are valid for stays from April 01 to September 30, 2009.
- Provision for an extra bed is available at an extra charge and is subject to availability.
- Extra Adult charges will be 50% of the room charges and the AP supplement would be per night as per the respective hotel package wherever applicable.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of non-refundable 100% payment within 3 working days of the booking.
- Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the hotels without prior information.
- Extension of stay on a pro-rata basis.
Cancellation Policy :
- 50% retention charges will be levied for cancellations between 15 days to 07 day prior to date of arrival.
- 100% retention charges will be levied for cancellations 03 days prior to arrival
